Yes. The shipping cost you see is all you have to pay. I provide delivery confirmation service as well so you can track your item after I have mailed it.

Most of your items are vintage. Are they chipped or cracked?
The items I sell are in very good condition -- no chips that will detract from the overall appearance of the item, no cracks, no crazing.
Occasionally, I will list a hard to find item for sale that is in above average condition but not what could be classified as very good because of minor flaws.
If I list an item with flaws, I will describe the flaws in the item description and will include a photo of the flaw so you can make your own decision about the purchase.

How soon will you ship?
I will ship your package the first business day following notifcation that your payment has cleared.
When you pay with Paypal or Google Checkout, your item will be shipped much sooner than when paying with personal check or money order since checks and moneys take longer to clear.

How can I pay for my purchase?
You can use Paypal or Google Checkout. Just add the item to your cart and make your payment choice.
If you want to pay with a personal check or money order, please let me know in advance.

Will you accept returns?
If you want to return an item, you must contact me prior to returning it. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item and the item must be in the original condition when it is returned.
Items must be insured and must be sent with delivery confirmation. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

What do I do if the item you sent is damaged during shipping?
When you receive your item, if it has been damaged or broken during shipping, take the item, the box, and the packing materials (as received) to your local post office and file a claim. The post office will keep the item and give you a claim form. If the claim is for less than $50, the claim is handled locally and you will receive a settlement from USPS shortly.

Tracking information is your assurance that I have shipped your package and will allow you to know when to expect its arrival.

Do you offer buyer protection on my purchases?
Your purchases are protected through Paypal's Buyer Protection program when you use Paypal to pay for your purchase.
